Kathy Espinoza Perez is a multidisciplinary design professional based in East Hampton, New York. A graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), where she studied Architectural Design and Photography, Kathy brings a unique blend of technical expertise, visual communication, and creative problem-solving to every project.

With experience spanning architectural design, visualization, drafting, procurement, project coordination, and digital media, Kathy specializes in supporting interior designers through every stage of the design process. Her approach combines thoughtful design thinking with strong organizational skills, helping studios streamline workflows, communicate ideas effectively, and bring projects to life with clarity and precision.

Drawing from a background in architecture, photography, graphic design, and digital fabrication, Kathy understands the importance of both aesthetics and execution. She believes that successful design is not only beautiful, but functional, intentional, and rooted in the needs of the client.

Through KJEP Render Studio, Kathy provides renderings, drafting, sourcing, procurement, and project support services tailored to the evolving needs of interior design professionals.
